Yes. Creating an account with us allows you to keep track of your order status easily. It also allows us to communicate with you easily about your purchase.

Please be assured that your personal information is kept private and confidential, and at no point will we share it with a third party.

If you’ve lost or forgotten your password, please use this page to enter the email address attached to your account, and we’ll initiate the password recovery process for you.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Diners, JCB, PIN debit cards with the Visa or MasterCard logo, Debit cards with the Visa or MasterCard logo and PayPal.

We also have Cash on Delivery service for orders delivered within Pakistan.

The security of your order is important to us. We use the latest SSL encryption technology to store and safely transmit your personal and credit card information through our systems. All orders are processed through a secure checkout system.

We strive to deliver our items to a worldwide customer base and most likely deliver to yours. However, there are certain territories that we are unable to send packages to due to political or logistical limitations. The best way to find out if we deliver to your country is by attempting to make a purchase. At the time of checkout, you will be informed of whether there is a shipping option available to you.

To ensure that your purchases arrive safely and in perfect condition, we require proof of delivery for all orders and are unable to authorise for packages to be delivered without a signature.



Shipping & Returns

We strive to provide you with as much detail as you need to make an informed purchase, so we offer you accurate measurements, information and multiple views of each outfit. There are no cancellations. All orders placed on the website will be processed once you complete the checkout process. However, we’ll do our best to accommodate you if you need to make changes. Please contact customer service within 24 hours of your order. All sales are final, no return, exchange, price adjustments or cancellations are possible.

All of our local orders are delivered within 2-3 days of order placement. Similarly, our international orders are delivered within 5-7 working days. Once an order has been successfully placed, you will be able to track the status of your order through the tracking code provided in your order detail page.

Please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we’re unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you.

Before we can dispatch your purchase, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum.

Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24 hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched. Please note this can take longer during our promotion periods when it may take up to 48 hours for shipments to be dispatched.

All of our international orders are dispatched as DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) shipments. Product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
